Play Set/Swing Set System Installation

Depending on the size of your play set, assembly can take as little as 6 hours up to 24 hours, after inventory of parts; therefore, we recommend you set aside a full two days for assembly.

We identify all of the parts for your play set. Empty each box and lay out boards so you can see each part. After everything is laid out, we check carefully to ensure all parts are present. We make sure there are no broken boards.

Important note: Wood has some natural defects such as knots, surface cracks, etc… We reject parts that are structurally defective. It is critical that the floor is level and square. If the main frame is not level, the walls and floor will be out of square. After we complete the installation, we make sure every bolt, screw, and nut is tight, and every board is secure.

Place the set on level ground, not less than 6ft from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. All scheduling is weather permitting

Inground Basketball System Installation

Inground basketball hoop systems are mounted wither by putting the actual pole into concrete and leveling and measuring the rim as it is placed in the hole or they use a bolt-in mechanism that allows you to place the base unit in the ground and then to simply attach the pole and rim/backboard combination to the grounded portion by attaching 4-6 bolts. The best part of these types of units is that the leveling and measuring are done by simply adjusting the bolts to ensure the proper height and angles are reached during installation. Most of the time the inground basketball hoop outdoor systems are adjustable using a crank shaft mechanism with a set of counter balance weights or a pneumatic system that may be a little harder to move up or down but locks in place with a simple release of the mechanism.

Trampoline and Enclosure Installation

Overhead Clearance Adequate overhead clearance is essential. A minimum of 24 feet from ground level is recommended. Provide clearance for wires, tree limbs, and other possible hazards. Lateral Clearance Lateral clearance is essential. Place the trampoline and trampoline enclosure away from walls, structures, fences, and other play areas. Maintain a clear space on all sides of the trampoline and trampoline enclosure. Level Surface Place the trampoline and trampoline enclosure on a level surface before use. Lighting Use the trampoline and trampoline enclosure in a well-lighted area. Artificial illumination may be required for indoor or shady areas. Security Secure the trampoline and trampoline enclosure against unauthorized and unsupervised use. Ground Clearance Remove any obstructions from beneath the trampoline and trampoline enclosure. Note: The trampoline enclosure is only to be used as an enclosure for a trampoline and the trampoline must be of the appropriate size as covered by the specific enclosure.
